In my earlier post, 'How to live a happily ever after life part 1' I described  7 for a happy life.

In this part  I am going to describe the next 7 ways, let's start:

1. Set Your Personal Boundaries  And Learn To Say 'No':

'Personal Boundaries' means the limits we set with others which indicates what kind of behaviour from other people is acceptable and what is completely  unacceptable. The ability to know our boundaries generally comes from a healthy sense of self-esteem, or valuing ourselves  in a way  to make people understand that we'll  not accept any inferior behaviour, By doing so  we are actually teaching people that what kind of behaviour we want and what we will not tolerate at all.

Self-esteem is a healthy feeling and we should keep assessing our personal boundaries from time to time so that our self boundaries are not violated by anyone and by any means.

If you don't want to do something,  or you do not agree with something, then learn to say 'No'. Saying 'No' does not mean that you are rude, selfish or ruthless. Saying 'No' only means that you are telling others that you are valuable and are choosing your opinion about that issue. I have learned that if you live your life based on the approval of other people, you will never feel free and truly happy.

2. Set Your Priorities:

'Setting Priority' means giving a rank to every person or work. Give a top to bottom ranking to each person and work, On top ranking place  persons or works which are more important to you. The advantage of ranking things or people is that you will always have time for the work or person who means the most to you.

By setting priorities, you will be able to work more productively and will be able to manage your time properly. It will help you to keep more balance between work and personal life.

The truth is that our ability to move forward and accomplish our goals often depends on how we prioritize? Once you are clear on your priorities, you will be able to make better and faster decisions and will pick better choices for a happy life.

3. Sort Unnecessary Items:

Removing unnecessary items at your home or workplace at regular intervals is essential both for your physical and mental health. Unnecessary baggage in our living and working space adversely affects mental health.
Unnecessary items are a way of increasing stress and anxiety in our mind. When you start removing excess baggage from your life, you will notice the positive effects on your mental state and overall well-being.

For the sake of your overall health and happiness, take time to remove excess baggage and begin to see positive changes happening.

4. Start Organizing Places

After sorting everything from home or office,  organize necessary items in proper way, store or display everything in a systematic way, so that you do not have to waste time searching when in need.

An orderly and clean place is full of positive energy, Being in such a place gives relaxation of mind. You get a sense of happiness just by looking around and it also enhances your productivity.

Look around you, which areas of your place need a proper organization, find and start organising them without delay.

5. Avoid Negativity, Adopt Positive Attitude:

Being around negative people can drain your energy. Learn to recognize negative people in your life, and find ways to avoid them. Also, try to get rid of your own negative thoughts. Replace your negative thoughts with positive once.

Our brains have a tendency to see things in negative ways. This means that people often expect the worst.

Those who are negative always doubt the suggestions, and rejects any advice.

Do you see the glass half empty or half full? If you want to think in a positive way, always see the glass half full, always look at the bright side of things.

Whenever a  challenge arise, a negative person predict a negative outcome and give up. Whereas a positive person only expect a positive result and try till the last moment to succeed. This difference of attitude is the key to the answer that whether you will live a happy life or a not so happy life.

6. Be Grateful, Show Gratitude:

"You can never make any progress in your life, until and unless you appreciate the wealth you already have!"

When you start expressing gratitude, then only you become entitled to get true happiness, and you actually get it.

Gratitude is a sweet feeling that can help you keep up your happiness for a long time. You cannot be stressed, sad, depressed as long as you are grateful.

7. Develop A Hobby:

Most hobbies use creativity. It is a scientific fact that a creative mind generates more happiness A hobby is a very easy way to forget the stress of your daily life and to feel happy.

Having a hobby has many health benefits and it is also good for making friends, boosting confidence and developing an extra skill outside of your career.

By mastering your hobby, you can make it a source of extra income or become more popular in people, which in turn will bring more happiness and opportunities in life.

So now, what are we waiting for? Quickly start working on these tips. Remember,  The more you understand importance discipline in your life, the more you will enjoy a happy life.

In the next post, I will bring seven more solutions.
Till Then... Stay Happy! Stay Blessed!
