In my earlier post, 'how to live a happily ever after life part 1 & 2' i described  14 ways for a happy life.
In this part  i am going to describe the next 7 ways, let's start:-


  1.Spend quality time with family and friends:-




Spending alone time is important for creativity and inspiration but spending quality time with family and friends is equally important when it comes to happiness.  Spending quality time with family and friends help in coping with challenges of work, relationships and love, instill a feeling of security, inculcate family values, confidence and much more.  So in spite of your busy schedule spare some time to spend with your loved once and restore the lost happiness from your life.


2. Take quality sleep:-




We all know that living beings need sleep to live healthy and function properly but a good quality sleep is also associated with your overall sense of happiness and well-being. An exhausted person can never be a happy person. That doesn't mean that people who sleep more are happier but getting a quality sleep for an adequate time will lead you to a better health an greater happiness for sure. So try to maintain a healthy sleep cycle to feel happier in daily life.     
      

3. Do regular exercise:-



Exercise have both a positive chemical effect on brain reducing stress and improving mood as well as reshuffling in lasting positive benefits for the brain and body.  Just 20 minutes of exercise can boost someone's mood for up to 12 hours so next time you are feeling down go for a 20 minutes exercise session.   Hormones like and endorphins and others like serotonin nor-epinephrine BDNF and dopamine are released during exercise which give huge positive benefit for the mind and body.  Exercise also helps to reduce the levels of cortisol which cause stress. So start exercising on daily basis if you want to feel more happy and want to live a good happy life forever. 

4. Make meditation a habit:-






It is shown by studies the people who meditate on regular basis lead happy life than those who don't. Meditation helps   to remain positive for most of our time.  It is a proven fact that mediators have a mind that remains calm during stressful situations and the meditation also gives you significant power to control your anxiety during the uncertain moments of your life and keeps you happy for most of the time.
So practice meditation daily for a few minutes and enhance the flow of constructive thoughts and positive emotions along with a lot of happiness in your life.


5. Connect with your spirituality:-




Spirituality and happiness both are very important aspects of a human life-spiritual person find a meaning or purpose of life and this process also make him or her happy and satisfied in life. .  Spirituality makes a person more open to positive emotions and feelings so connect with your spirituality  to lead a more happy life. Spirituality is to relate self to   a wider form feel contentment in this life and to be totally present in the actions of present . Spirituality means the process to know the self the inner and original self .


   6. Spare me time:-




Studies have shown that having more me time has benefits  such as increasing productivity happiness gratitude and empathy . When you spend time alone it gives you the opportunity to sit back and look at your life and priorities stop it gives you a clear perspective of whats going on and you will be able to focus better on what needs to be done . If you take time out to recharge your batteries  by giving yourself some me time you will be able to live a more happy life by experiencing better relationships and work conditions.


7. Save time for personal care:-



Self-care not only feels good it essential for your well being when one gets into the habit of taking care of themselves things start to fall into place.  Taking care of yourself isn't selfish your self care is your responsibility and if you want to feel good everyday you need to make time for it my definition of self care means being a fully autonomous being who take care of themselves physically emotionally financially and spiritually. So it is very important to make sure that you take good care of your body mind and soul everyday not just when you get sick.
